1. Download the mumble installer for windows from the following link:
Mumble 1.2.19 - Stable
Mumble 1.3.0 - Release Candidate
2. Open the executable file that you just downloaded (from above). On the first screen click "Next" button to start the install process
3. Read through the End-User Licence Agreement, and click that you "I Accept the terms in the Licence Agreement" and then click "Next" button the continue the install process.
4. Click the "Next" button to install only the client program. Leave everything else unchecked.
5. Click "Install" button to install the software on your computer.
6. Click the "Finish" button to close the install program. At this point you have successfully installed the Mumble software.
