    Technical Summary
    We will be moving all websites from this server to the new server cluster hardware along with all server configurations, backups and files. During this time there will be outages for all websites, dns and emails. No IP Addresses or settings (including passwords) will change during this process. Planned Network Upgrades (Resolved)

  • Planned Maintenance will be undertaken in the evening on Sunday 26/04/2015 and may extend into Monday 27/04/2015.

    During this time we ask that you be patient as we install some new core routers to handle our increased network load.

    Once these upgrades are completed we will be peering with 2 new upstream providers to offer you a better service experience

    During this outage our call centre will be closed by you can still get in contact with us via support tickets from within your account.

    Some managed services are back online for the time being. We are working as hard as we can to get all our customers back online. Keep in mind there is still going to be some further outages between now and midnight of the 27/04/2015

    Our new firewall is now online and traffic is being diverted back through it. If you notice anything strangre or not working please let our network operations centre know as soon as possible.

    The Nodes are online and we are prepping to move some of the vms to the new servers after midnight,

    We are currently moving VM's from our old nodes to the new nodes. We are noticing that the responce times on the web server cluster for page load times is being effected due to the high server load. We are currently working on this as we speak.

TS3 Server 02 Mirgration (Resolved)

  • Aus Net Servers Australia will be moving the remaining servers left on the old TS3 Hosting equipment over to our TS3 Hosting servers on 20th March 2015. We expect downtime of up to 30 minutes whilst this is move is in progress. Once the move has been completed your new server host name will that of what is in the table below

    All your customisations and files stored on your server will be on the new server, your port name and security settings will also stay the same.

ANSA DC Annual Maintanance (Resolved)

  • Please be advised that Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd has scheduled some minor maintenance on our ANSA DC 1 nodes 1-15 from midnight Friday 19th September until 6AM Monday 22nd September 2014. We do expect short outages during this time of no more then 5 minutes as new hardware is installed and configured in our hardware pool. 

    Aus Net Servers Australia is preparing to move all clients on nodes 1-5 which is all TS3 Hosting, Web Hosting and DNS Hosting clients to new hardware from November 2014.

  • Aus Net Servers Australia will be replacing our core switch and doing some work on our core BGP router between the hours of 4AM - 6AM Thursday 30th January 2014.

    We expect there to be momentary network interuptions between these hours as the traffic is re-routed through our backup upstream carrier
